your
apartment
is
not
yet
available
for
you
to
occupy,
we
offer
our
customers
a
free
month's
storage
here
at
our
warehouse
facility.
Our
warehouse
facility
is
monitored
24
hours
a
day,
7
days
a
week.
It
is
clean
and
has
a
state
of
the
art
security
system.
Although
the
first
month's
storage
is
free,
pick-up,
warehouse
handling,
and
continuation
of
valuation
is
additional.
Unit
sizes
are
approximate,
and
units
may
certainly
be
combined
to
accommodate
the
size
you
need
for
your
belongings.
Sizes
available:
- 5'ª5'ª7' (175 cu. ft.) is approximately the size of a small closet, and will hold separately:
- armchair
- chest of drawers
- boxes
- miscellaneous small items
- 5'ª10'ª7' (350 cu. ft.) is approximately the size of a large closet, and will hold separately:
- couch and armchair
- dresser
- bicycle or motorcycle
- chest of drawers
- outdoor/patio furniture
- box spring and mattress
- lawn mower and garden tools
- 5'ª15'ª7' (525 cu. ft.) is approximately the size of a walk-in closet, and will hold separately:
- furniture from a one-bedroom apartment, minus appliances
- small boxes
- 10'ª20'ª7' (1,400 cu. ft.) is approximately the size of a one-car garage, and will hold separately:
- a car or truck
- furniture from a two-bedroom house
- cartons/large boxes
- 10'ª25'ª7' (1,750 cu. ft.) is approximately the size of a large garage, and will hold separately:
- a car or truck
- furniture from a large two-bedroom house
- cartons/large boxes
